Thomas E. Dover Sr. is Chairman of the board, CEO and Broker of Coldwell Banker Dover Realtors. Tom received his Brokers License March of 1962. The company's mission statement is "To provide exceptional real estate services through competent, ethical and professional associates."
In order to provide exceptional service one must be involved in the community, the state and national activities. Education is the foundation on which Coldwell Banker Dover Realtors is built. As Broker, Tom has achieved the Professional Designations of GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), CRB (Certified Resident Broker), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and ALC (Accredited Land Consultant). It is a requirement with the company that an associate must obtain the designation of GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) within five years of joining the company.
Tom has served on various committees of the Norfolk Board of Realtors, Nebraska Realtors Association, and the National Association of Realtors. Tom is a past Real Estate Commissioner for Nebraska and a current active member of ARELLO (Association of Real Estate License Law Officials).
Tom serves on the following boards: Director of Nebraska Diplomats which is an arm of the Nebraska Department of Economic Development, Director of the Nebraska State Patrol Foundation, Director of the Greater Norfolk Economical Development Foundation, Director of Habitat for Humanity, and a Federal District Coordinator for the Nebraska Association of Realtors for Congressman Doug Berueter.
Tom was Realtor of the Year for Nebraska Association of Realtors, Nebraska Farm and Land Institute, and the Norfolk Board of Realtors. He was also inducted into Omega Tao Rho, a Real Estate Professional Fraternity. He has been recognized locally by receiving the Norfolk Oscar for Outstanding Community Service. Tom is a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church, Masonic Lodge, a Shriner and the Elks Club.
